Marvin Hughley

LMHC, MCAP, ICADC, SAP Marvin Hughley (LMHC, MCAP, ICADC, SAP) of Hughley's Mental Health Services has over 18 years’ experience in the Counseling Profession. He was born and raised in Panama City, Florida; he is a United States Army Veteran who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. He is a State of Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Master’s Level Certified Addictions Professional, a Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional and a Qualified Supervisor for others who are pursuing the Mental Health Counseling License. Mr. Hughley is trained in various counseling techniques and specializes in evidenced based practices for Substance Abuse and Trauma related issues.
